this and what if i told you it takes up to   five ingredients and less than five minutes of 
your time after a long day work the last thing   i want to do is make breakfast the next day so 
this is super convenient all you need is two   tablespoons of chia seeds half a cup of almond 
milk or coconut milk a teaspoon of a sweetener   like honey agave or maple syrup a dash of cinnamon 
and mix for added protein you can use yogurt or   collagen then add a handful of assortment of 
berries just to add a splash of color and a   touch of sweetness and i can't forget to add that 
these are loaded with antioxidants so if you're   looking to flush out everything the next morning
