Atkins Diet Recipes: Low Carb Bacon “Donuts” (OWL)
In collaboration with FaveHealthyRecipes, I was motivated by a celebration of bacon, called BaconFest, that I participated in a few months back. They had an item by a local restaurant called Bacon Donuts. They were fritters made with bacon covered in a chocolate glaze. Without the polish, it can have gone either wonderful or tasty, so I intended to replicate that recipe here. If you are a trying to find a fast flexible recipe to make for morning meal, this is it.

4 tbsp butter.
2 tablespoon olive or coconut oil.
3 pieces bacon.
2 mini peppers.
1/3 cup vanilla (or ordinary) healthy protein powder.
1 egg.
1 oz sharp cheddar cheese.
Makes 2 Servings.
