In partnership with FaveDiets ( ) recipe site, I wanted to give another Induction friendly idea for breakfast (or honestly any meal). The "potato" in this recipe is jicama. I will say this be careful as you peel your jicama as I succeeded in peeling my finger this time.

1/2 Medium Onion
1 Medium Jicama
12 oz Cheddar Cheese
8 oz Cream Cheese
Salt/Pepper to taste
Makes 8 Servings.
