for two little oblong ramekins or 4 smaller round ramekins.

2 huge eggs, separate.
2 cloves garlic, minced.
1 tbsp olive oil.
Diverse vegetables, chopped/diced.
Sausage/ham/bacon/ salami/leftover meat/chicken, etc.
Salt, pepper, to taste.

1 complete tbsp of plain flour + 2 tablespoon milk (miss if you do not want).
2 egg yolks (skip if you don't want).
Shredded cheese, I pick Emmental cheese. As high as you like.
