Chia Flax Breakfast Pudding ~ Gluten Free ~ Low Carb ~ Dairy Free ~ Sugar Free
I make this Chia Flax Dessert every Sunday night for my Hubby. It last all week. It is Gluten Free, Low Carb, Dairy Free and Sugar Free. I blend with each other a container of different Nuts as well as Unsweetened Coconut. If you are not Dairy products Free you can utilize any type of type of Milk if you are not viewing your sugar consumption you can add some Honey or Maple Syrup to sweeten it as well as some Fruit.

1/4 Cup Chia Seeds.
1/4 Cup Flaxseed Meal.
1-1/4 Mugs Unsweetened Almond Milk.
1 tsp. Vanilla Remove.
