Fisherman’s Eggs | Tasty Sardine Low Carb Breakfast |
Healthy excellent fats for morning meal. Easy dish to begin your day. Fisherman's eggs taste incredible as well as are nutritious. Sardines!
Angler's eggs:
2 medium – Shallots
1 can – Sardines (in olive oil).
3 cloves – Garlic.
1 lot – Parsley.
3 medium – Eggs.
1) Drain the can into a warm cast iron frying pan. Keep back the sardines.
2) Chop the shallots and garlic. Add them to the pan. Cook till soft.
3) Add the sardines to the frying pan, break them up and blend with the shallots and also garlic.
4) Finely slice a little handful of fresh Italian parsley. Layer it in addition to the pan.
5) Break the three rally top of the parsley. Once they start to cook on the pan take off warm and also place in the stove 350 until eggs are prepared. Offer with warm sauce. Enjoy.
