KETO BREAKFAST QUESADILLAS – THREE WAYS – ZERO CARB OPTIONS!!!

this is an awesome recipe that you guys can meal prep up for the week you can freeze them you
can pop them in the refrigerator and just reheat them either on your stovetop or your
microwave or your air fryer let's get started i love making keto breakfast quesadillas in
the morning just because they'll appeal to everyone in my family and i can personalize
it based off of people's taste preferences i can make one that's like ham and cheese bacon
and cheese sausage and vegetables i'm even gonna make one today jumping on that pesto egg trend and
do one with pesto egg mozzarella cheese and tomato meal prepping breakfast is so key to getting us
out the door quickly and on time in the morning it's just nice to not have to think about what
i'm gonna make my family before i get started on making all of these keto breakfast quesadillas

tortillas we actually have a lot to choose from here on the keto diet there's the ones that you
can get at your grocery store that are low carb there's the carb balance one there's a bunch of
other different brands as well the key thing there is that a lot of these do contain gluten although
they look and taste just like a regular tortilla they're not gluten-free if you're looking for
more gluten-free options that are also low in carb i have some other ones and i'm going to have all
these listed down below in the description box for you there's one by unbun that makes a gluten-free
grain-free keto tortilla and then if you're doing more of a carnivore type of lifestyle well
then you can actually get egg wraps that are zero carb it's just actually made out of eggs so
you're really gonna have double egg there because we're making the egg for the quesadilla
and then plus the wrap is gonna be an egg as well so wide variety to choose from here just
choose whatever fits your lifestyle and what you have available to you to start we're gonna be
making a bacon and egg and cheese quesadilla for this one i'm going to use the egg crepes you want
to take two eggs crack them and whip them together and then in a non-stick skillet you want to spray
down some cooking spray and then pour in your eggs you're going to cook these over medium-low
heat swirl the pan around just to get that egg evenly coated add a little bit of cheese
so that the tortilla will stick to the eggs lay down your egg crepe and let it sit on there
for around 30 seconds this will just give your egg time to set and for that tortilla to stick
to our egg and cheese after those 30 seconds have passed if you can easily slide a spatula
underneath and flip it over then it's ready if your egg kind of breaks then it wasn't really
ready you can either flip it back over or just let it go once it's flipped over we're going to
add on our cheese i'm using pepper jack cheese along with bacon i'm using pre-cooked bacon
here that i had already made up and then i've mixed a little bit of sriracha along with some
mayo and then i'm going to drizzle that on top then fold over half of your tortilla and let it
cook for a minute or so on each side until the both sides are nice and golden brown then remove
it and then your breakfast quesadilla is finished up next we're gonna be making a sausage breakfast
quesadilla once again crack your eggs whip it up and add it to your skillet and then top it
with a few tablespoons of shredded cheese the tortilla i'm going to use for this one is
one of those non-gluten-free tortillas that you find at the grocery store place that down
and let it sit on there for around 30 seconds at this point we're going to add on our
toppings i'm going to add some extra cheese this is where you'd want to add any extra
toppings like if you're going to use some vegetables or any sauces as well fold
it over and let it cook as we did before and this one's done and last we're going to be making a pesto
egg and mozzarella cheese quesadilla for this one i'm going to use the egg wrap
this egg wrap is actually flavored with spinach after we flipped it over i'm gonna
be topping it with mozzarella cheese some sliced tomato and then
drizzling it with some pesto these keto breakfast quesadillas are so
easy to make and like i said you could store these in the refrigerator
or you could even freeze them pull them out later reheat them even in
your airfryer microwave oven stove top
