Lower Your Cholesterol with These 3 Meals

I am here to tell you how I lowered 
my cholesterol 44 points [Music]   I was eating a lot of convenience foods and 
fast foods throughout covid because it was just   a stressful time and once I got that lab report 
back and it showed my numbers were so high I knew   I needed to make a change so the things I started 
focusing on was limiting or avoiding the fast food   and I started incorporating more high fiber foods 
and also more healthy fats such as olive oil and   healthy fatty fishes like salmon and tuna so for 
breakfast a great example of how I was able to   increase my fiber was to do overnight oats it's 
quick it's simple and it's very fast I just did   a half cup of oats half a cup of milk and I did a 
tablespoon of Chia seeds which helps to boost up   the fiber a little bit more and then I added in a 
blend of blueberries blackberries and raspberries   that were frozen and I just left them in overnight 
and they all soak up together and make a perfect   breakfast that's on the go and easy up next would 
be something that I need to snack on maybe between   breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner or even 
at bedtime but again I want to focus on something   that's going to give me some lean protein some 
healthy fats and some Fiber so I've got two   little oranges here which is actually a serving of 
oranges that are very easy to peel for on the go   things and also a handful of nuts so I've just got 
some cashews here and these are again filled with   fiber they've got the healthy fats and they also 
have protein so it's a very well balanced snack   and last but not least this could be a lunch or 
a dinner for us a very well variety of items here   so I've got salmon which is going to be again that 
healthy fat those Omega-3s and omega-6s that help   to reduce our cholesterol without contributing 
more cholesterol we've got broccoli here that's   going to be filled with fiber and then also some 
whole grain rice also mixed with quinoa which is   going to help provide soluble fiber that helps 
to reduce our cholesterol so everything on this   plate helps to reduce cholesterol if you need
